Welcome to our haven of peace. For every moment to remain a respite of calm and respect, we invite you to discover the house rules that create the magic of Ylang-Ylang Hotel.

1. Reception Hours & Check-in
  • Reception open Monday to Saturday from 7am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm, Sunday from 7am to 12pm
    Outside these hours and until 9 p.m. you can reach us on +262 (0)692 08 18 42
  • Check-in: 2pm-6pm (early check-in available for morning flights). Please notify reception of any late arrivals
  • Check-out before 11 a.m.; late check-out: luggage storage on prior arrangement; keeping the room past the agreed time incurs one extra night’s charge
  • No same-day reservations after 6pm
  • Breakfast is served from 7am to 9:30am
2. Room Access & Occupancy
  • Hotel reserved for adults (over 16)
  • Maximum capacity: 32 people. No outside visitors permitted
  • Upon arrival, each guest must present valid identification and a credit/debit card imprint will be taken
  • Key is personal and must be returned before 11am on departure day. Loss or non-return: €50 charged
  • Adapter available at reception: €10 deposit will be charged for non-return or damage
3. Cleanliness & Housekeeping
  • Housekeeping is performed daily between 7:30am and 12pm. Please use the "do not disturb" sign if needed
  • Housekeeping may be declined for the day on request, but must be carried out the following day for hygiene and safety reasons
  • For full housekeeping service, the room must be vacated before 12pm
  • Hair dyes and any products likely to stain hotel linens are prohibited: you will be charged for any damaged linen
  • Recycling is mandatory: general waste bin near the kitchen, yellow recycling bins in the parking waste room. Food prohibited in yellow bins, penalties for non-compliance
4. Prohibited Items/Activities on Premises
  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor areas. Penalty: €150/day
  • The use of shisha, zamal, and any illicit substances is strictly prohibited on hotel premises and will result in immediate removal without refund
  • Prohibited to cook or store food (outside refrigerator) in rooms
  • Pets are not accepted
  • Bicycles and scooters are prohibited in rooms and may not be charged using any outlets
  • Visitors are not permitted to enter the hotel
5. Behaviour & Respect for Property
  • Calm and respectful behaviour is required toward staff, other guests and the premises
  • No noise between 9pm and 8am. Any disturbance to other guests may result in immediate removal
  • Damage or disappearance of items (linen, towels, etc.) will be charged
  • Commercial activity is prohibited in rooms
6. Pool – Safety & Hygiene
  • Reserved for hotel guests only. Shower mandatory before entering
  • Swimwear required. Room towels not permitted
  • Prohibited to run, dive or consume food/drinks around the pool
  • Glass objects prohibited. No access if you have open wounds or contagious illnesses
7. Parking & Common Areas
  • Parking only in designated spaces. Respect accessible, electric and reserved spaces
  • Respect all signage and private areas
8. Liability & Security
  • The hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or forgetting personal belongings
  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused wilfully or not
  • The hotel reserves the right to remove without refund any person not complying with these regulations
  • The establishment is under video surveillance for the security of property and persons
9. Kitchen, Meals & Breakfast
  • The kitchen is self-service with microwave, kettle and basic condiments (no stovetop or oven)
  • A paid coffee and hot chocolate machine are available (price indicated on the machine) and a free ice machine
  • Please wash, dry and put away your dishes by hand: the dishwasher is reserved for breakfast
  • For departure before 7am, a breakfast tray can be requested the previous morning: it will be placed in your room's refrigerator with a token for a hot drink
10. Eco-responsibility (To reduce our shared environmental impact)
  • Towels are replaced on request only: please place the ones to be changed in the shower tray
  • When you leave the room, kindly switch off the lights, TV and air-conditioning
11. Personal Data & Wi-Fi
  • Personal data is used solely for reservation purposes and is not transmitted to third parties
  • Wi-Fi access is subject to responsible use and compliance with the law. Any violation may result in transmission of user details to the authorities
12. Acceptance of Regulations
  • Any reservation implies full acceptance of these house rules
