These terms explain how bookings and stays work at the Ylang-Ylang hotel since January 4, 2026.
Any reservation implies acceptance of these conditions and of the house rules.

General Provisions
Booking
- Bookings possible until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival
- Booking confirmed once the hotel has validated it
Rates
- Prices in euros, VAT included, tourist tax excluded
- Rates are per room per night and vary by season and category
Tourist tax
- €1.10 per person per night, payable on site
- Remitted to the local authority; it is not hotel revenue
Breakfast
- Complimentary when you book directly on the official website
- €12.50 optional extra for bookings via OTAs
- Served from 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Parking
- Private, secure car park with limited spaces
- One space per room; a space is guaranteed only if the paid option is booked in advance
- Free entry subject to availability on arrival; free public parking nearby
Cancellation & changes
- Before arrival (2 p.m. local time):
- Free cancellation up to 48 h in advance
- 48h – 24h: 50% of the first night will be charged
- Less than 24h or no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged
- Promotional / non-flexible rates: NO cancellation, change or refund; full amount is debited at booking
Payment & guarantee
- Payment according to the terms stated when booking
- A credit-card imprint is taken on arrival to cover outstanding extras, damage or losses found after departure
- Any debit will be invoiced
Arrival & departure
- Check-in between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. (please advise for late arrival)
- Check-out before 11 a.m.; late check-out: luggage storage on prior arrangement; keeping the room past the agreed time incurs one extra night’s charge
Stay conditions
- Adults only (16 +)
- Capacity limited to the number of guests booked. No extra beds available
- No pets or outside visitors
- Quiet behaviour and full compliance with the house rules are mandatory
Stay concept
- Exclusively for certified dive clubs or groups
- Full hotel privatisation
- No outside guests during the stay
Booking
- On request, minimum six months in advance
- Confirmed after quotation acceptance and deposit payment
Duration & capacity
- Minimum stay: 7 days / 6 nights
- 17 rooms – up to 32 persons
Rates
- By quotation, based on group size and programme
- Prices exclude flights; tourist tax included
Inclusions
- Airport greeting, full-board accommodation (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Private dive boat with skipper, tanks & weights
- Minibus transfers, parking, pool & beach towels
- Complete on-site coordination
Exclusions
- Minibus fuel, personal expenses
Cancellation & changes
- Conditions stated in the signed quotation apply
Liability
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or forgetting of personal belongings
- Any damage to or loss of hotel property will be charged
Personal data
- Data are used only for reservation and stay management and are not passed to third parties
- Wi-Fi access implies lawful and responsible use
Complaints & disputes
- Any complaint must be sent in writing within 15 days after departure
- Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Saint-Paul, Réunion, shall have jurisdiction
